Usucha
$6Pure
Whisked thin — the traditional way. Bright, vegetal, with a long sweet finish.
녹 · 108 · Charlottesville
We pull up at Charlottesville's markets and museums, stone-ground matcha in tow. Pure usucha when you want the tea to speak for itself — seasonal lattes when you want it sweet.
What it means
Nok is Korean for green — the tea tradition we grew up with. 108 is the number of beads on a Buddhist mala — one full breath, repeated. Together they're a reminder that ritual is worth keeping.
